Terms and Conditions
As an online Bidder / Buyer in consideration for the opportunity to bid on Classic and Collector Vehicles, you are hereby agreeing to the following terms and conditions.
1. New bidders must register online at www.ClassicRidesandRodsauction.com before your bid can be submitted. New registered bidders may be contacted by one of our representatives to verify the legitimacy of a new registered bidder. Classic Rides and Rods Auction may at its sole discretion deny registration to any person or entity. 2. It is hereby stated that all Collector and Classic cars and trucks have a reserve unless otherwise stated within the description of the vehicle being sold. No vehicles will be removed or title transferred until the vehicle has been paid for in full. In the event of a bidder / buyer or seller dispute, Classic Rides and Rods Auction will determine the winning bidder by either reviewing the final bidding records or by re-opening the bidding. 3. By placing a bid on a vehicle the bidder represents and warrants their authority to close the transaction and agrees to an irrevocable offer to buy the vehicle / item that they have bid on. The winning bidder, “buyer,” shall pay for the vehicle / item by the date and time identified in the auction along with the ten percent buyer premium, applicable sales tax and / or transfer fees. All sales are final. A bidder may not cancel a bid after the auction closes. 4. All Classic / Collector cars and trucks sold at auction by Classic Rides and Rods Auction are sold as is, where is, without warranties, expressed or implied. All online photos are for identification purposes only and are not warranties of any type. Buyers assume complete responsibility for inspection of vehicles / items prior to bidding and shall determine the value based on their own volition. Buyer waives any and all claims against Classic Rides and Rods Auction and the seller based on condition or value of the vehicles / items being sold at auction. 5. Choice of Law and Venue. Any dispute relating to Classic Rides and Rods Auction.com and the terms and conditions herein shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota. Any claims relating to Classic Rides and Rods Online Auction and the terms and conditions herein shall be brought in “District Court in Wright County, Minnesota,” and bidders hereby consent to the jurisdiction of said court.
